Check-in is at 3.00 PM, and check-out is at 12.00 PM

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, MyDebit at Pan Borneo Hotel Kota Kinabalu

  • What ID is required for check-in?

Valid photo identification is required at check-in for all guests. Foreign guests must present a valid passport. Photo 

  • Is there a minimum age requirement to reserve a hotel room?

Guests must be a minimum 21 years old and present a valid photo ID upon check-in.

  • Can I make special requests for my stay?

Yes, hotel staff will do their best to accommodate your requests. However, these are subject to availability at the time of your check-in to the hotel.

  • What types of rooms are available?

​​​​​​​We offer five different room categories. All our rooms come with air-conditioned and equipped with hot water showers. Our different room categories are City View Rooms, Pool View Rooms, Family Rooms, Family Suites, and Executive Suites.

  • Can I request a smoking or non-smoking room?
