My warmest gratitude goes to En. Ahmad and Pn. Erica Tati for making our stays and Wedding Reception on 31st August 2024 a success, plus not to mention the Hotel Crews and Banquet Staffs (a bit disappointed because our VIP table wasn't served drinks earlier before our arrival and we didn't manage to taste the dessert too - sigh) but overall our wedding event went well jugalah. The beautiful arrangement of wedding hall and doorgifts, the rooms accommodation (especially for our family members and overseas relative), F&B (some of our guests said 'udang tak cukup' and 'burnt' cashew nuts on the rice - aiya) including parking are well organised. Anyway, for those soon-to-be bride and groom, if you intend to do your wedding event in the hotel, this is one of the good service Hotel you can put into your top pre-wedding checklist, just let Pn Erica Tati and En. Ahmad assist and organise your wedding event for you without even hire a Wedding Planner (mahal lagi kan). For our event, we opts for Chinese Set Course instead of 'duduk atas pelamin' coz much more cheaper and moreover we have time to catch-up with our guests (as limited hours) and take good wedding photos with them. So once again, from the bottom of our heart, thank you so much Pn. Erica and En. Ahmad. Well done and keep up the good works, just may need to improve on the F&B and serving parts ya, apart from that, you both and the crews are awesome and you all deserve ***** (5*) Services

**Outstanding Stay at Pan Borneo Hotel Kota Kinabalu** I've had the pleasure of staying at Pan Borneo Hotel Kota Kinabalu twice now, and each time has been nothing short of fantastic. The location is incredibly convenient, with the parking area situated very close to the hotel, making it easy to access. The lobby is very comfortable, beautifully decorated with a Chinese aesthetic that adds a unique charm to the hotel. The staff, both the boys and girls, are incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with bright smiles that made me and my children feel very welcome. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a large bed that comfortably accommodated three adults and two children. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the wide, open spaces create a welcoming atmosphere. The view from the window is offering a clear and unobstructed sight of the surrounding area. One of the biggest advantages of staying here is the hotel's location. The shopping mall is just downstairs, and the hotel is surrounded by various local shops. Whether you need food, essentials, or just want to explore. Additionally, I want to commend the parking attendant for their exceptional service. We left the hotel for the airport before 4 AM, and when we reached the parking lot exit, the barrier was quickly lifted. The attendant was truly excellent and made our early departure smooth and hassle-free. The hotel has left a lasting impression on us, and I wouldn't hesitate to choose it again for our next visit. It's also conveniently close to Kota Kinabalu International Airport, making travel even more hassle-free. **Outstanding Breakfast Experience** One more thing I must mention about Pan Borneo Hotel Kota Kinabalu is their breakfast—it's simply amazing! The variety is incredible, with so many delicious options to choose from. From local delicacies to pastries, hot dishes, bread, and eggs, the selection is vast and satisfies every taste. The staff is also friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast definitely left a lasting impression on us, and we were very happy with it.
