8) Refundable safety deposit RM50 per room per night is required upon check-in

9) Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation (Full Refund): 6 days BEFORE check-in date.
• First Night Penalty: 'No Show' or cancellation made within 6 days BEFORE check-in date.
